TTR4 is basically a copy of TTR3. There is nothing special added with the exception of Game Centre support. One other notable feature is the ability to use the default theme for all songs. Arcade mode is also not very special. Instead of 16x stars, you get powerups. I say it is addicting nonetheless.

American Idol: The Game for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad
American Idol the game is a very well done and executed rpg. However, the song choice is not very wide which will force you to repeat some of the songs during the season. The game is probably good for only 2 playthroughs, one female and one male.
Buy, Jailbreak, or Don't Buy: I say you should Jailbreak. It is good but it is not worth your money to play a game that might only last you an hour or two
